En tant que conseils de nos clients français sur tous les aspects pertinents du droit des affaires allemand, nous nous considérons comme des partenaires et interlocuteurs dans la durée pour tous les défis juridiques et culturels auxquels les entreprises francophones peuvent être confrontées en Allemagne. Nous disposons d'une grande expérience en matière de fusions-acquisitions et de restructurations en Allemagne et assistons depuis de nombreuses années des investisseurs français dans différents domaines. Nous comptons parmi nos clients des petites et moyennes entreprises, des sociétés du net et technologiques à forte croissance ainsi que des sociétés cotées au CAC 40.
En outre, nous conseillons des entreprises allemandes dans le cadre de transactions M&A en France et nous assistons des financiers allemands dans leurs investissements dans des entreprises françaises en pleine croissance, notamment dans les pôles technologiques de Grenoble et de Lyon. En collaboration avec nos partenaires de coopération français, nous aidons nos clients allemands et suisses à s'implanter ou à développer leur activité en France.
Nos domaines de conseil en droit français (y compris le droit international privé) comprennent notamment le droit des sociétés, le droit commercial, le droit des contrats et le droit du travail. Notre French Desk se compose de juristes allemands et français expérimentés qui maîtrisent parfaitement les deux langues.

DFA assisted German client to enforce loan repayment by a French Bank
DFA attorneys obtain enforcement of claim for loan repayment by French bank under a French notarized loan agreement, making use of the fact that payment claims under a deed notarised in France constitute an enforceable title under the Brussels I and Brussels Ia Regulation, without having to have recourse to the courts first. Within days of receiving copy of the deed declared enforceable by the competent German court, the debtor paid of the entire amount plus cost.

maexpartners GmbH is a German management consultancy focused on industry and high technology, and is particularly active in the operational area.
The transaction involved the establishment of a joint consulting company in France under the name maexpartners SAS, as well as the opening of another joint consulting company in Germany under the name Theano Advisors GmbH. Both consulting companies will be "staffed" exclusively with binational teams, and will place their operational and strategic expertise at the service of large international clients.
